The body is very complex and providing a clean diet and one hundred percent nutrition, getting appropriate exercise for you and your health and body type, getting appropriate sunlight for your skin type and melanin level, providing for your needs holistically and in the right amounts while eschewing and eliminating things that do not belong, breathing clean and ionized air, getting appropriate rest at the right times, and having trust and faith in something outside of you, can optimize one’s health. The tl/dr version of our philosophy might be health in = health out.
